Your information stays with us.

Who we are

Groundwork Digital is a DBA of Tuff Enterprises LLC, based in Kaysville, Utah. This policy covers gwdigitalhq.com. Websites we build for clients have their own privacy policies. Questions: email hello@gwdigitalhq.com or call 801-953-6293.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, business name, phone, email, what you'd like help with and anything you add in the message. Submissions go to our customer management system (HubSpot), with a backup copy kept by our web host (Netlify).
• How you use the site. Google Analytics records things like the pages you view, how long you stay, your device and browser type, your general area (city level, not your address) and how you found us. It uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us your name or contact information.
• Calls and emails. If you call, text or email us, we keep that conversation so we can follow up.

How we use it

To answer your message, talk about your project, prepare a proposal and improve this website. We only contact you about what you asked us about. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking first.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run this website and our business, and only as much as they need:

• HubSpot, which receives and stores contact form messages.
• Netlify, which hosts the website and keeps a backup copy of form messages.
• Google, for Google Analytics, the fonts on this site and our business email.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works either way.

Keeping, correcting and deleting your information

We keep messages and project records as long as we need them to work with you and for normal business and tax records. To see, correct or delete what we have, email hello@gwdigitalhq.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
